Each time a customer makes purchase via POS, bonus points are added to the loyalty card. Bonus points are calculated as a % of a purchase (cashback) set by the business
Each customer will be able to see their Loyalty Card with a current bonus points balance in their Apple/Google Pay wallet app
A customer is able to spend the collected bonus points only upon reaching a certain amount set by the business
Upon reaching the threshold a customer can use bonus points towards a purchase from the business. The information about available bonus points is available to the business via our app
The business is able to access each customer's profile
